    During your free half hour consultation we can decide which of the following assessments are appropriate for you and tailor a specific programme.

    DIET, EXERCISE, SLEEP AND DIGESTION ANALYSIS (1 hour)

  • What’s happening in your gut? The gut is often referred to as the 2nd brain because the Vagus nerve runs between the two, and what happens in one will influence the other. You have heard of a gut feeling?Are you eating the right fuel for your best performance and health? An analysis of your current diet and why eating certain foods can have a huge impact on your health. Would you put diesel in your Ferrari? Why put the wrong fuel into your body?

  • Tell me what you eat over a 10 day period because most people repeat the same foods with less than 20 different varieties. I will advise on alternative food choices to achieve your goals.

  • Do you wake at the same time each night, unable to get back to sleep, or do you take a while to get to sleep and then wake up feeling unrefreshed and still tired? I look at sleep patterns and how it can be affected by what you are eating, when you are eating and other lifestyle factors, such as how much and what sort of exercise you do each day.

    HEALTH APPRAISAL ASSESSMENT (1 Hour)

  • A detailed analysis of all of your major organs, and which are under the most pressure.

  • A lifestyle questionnaire where we look at the five most influential times in your life, at what age, and how they could still be affecting your health.

  • Physiological load assessment and how it may be affecting your health. We identify common road blocks to success.

    4 DOCTORS ASSESSMENT (1 hour)

    These 4 questionnaires let me know where you need most support with your basic health.

  • Doctor Quiet - are you getting enough rest and reflection? Experience the ‘work in’ principal.

  • Doctor Diet - are you eating the right fuel for your body (not the rest of the family!) deepen your understanding of Holistic nutrition.

  • Doctor Movement - are you moving enough and are you moving freely without pain? Decide whether working in or working out is right for you.

  • Doctor Happiness - are you really living life to the full on your terms? Understand the body mind relationship to stress.
